Hammock Hanging In Rockford Illinois

A group of hammock hangers that organized a group hang on Hammockforums.net met at a nearby private park along the Kishwaukee River a few miles from my house. I spent the evening chating/eating dinner with them. Campfire, good conversations, good food, all was going well when I left. I talk too much!!!! didn't get any photos, just a video taken after dark I got a good view of the campfire

Seems like it would have been the perfect time for it around experienced hangers.

2 years ago I hung my bridge hammock in my greenhouse "man cave" and found out my night time pee breaks prevented me from having a good experience getting in and out of the hammock. I decide winter hammocking was not for me unless I could pee in a pair of "huggies" "depends" It could be a pleasant experience, like sleeping in a wrap arround hot water bottle
