Lookin' good! How is the teepee coming along? Do you have the better half on board with the sewing? What kind of material are you thinking of using? Canvas, Ripstop, Poly....

I cheated
I bought a 20 and also a 12 foot diameter rip-stop polyester circles that are segmented. Once I get the shelter set up I'll post photos and links to my source.

Can't wait to see it. One day I'd like to try my hand at a range tent(lol...at my great sewing abilities). Stove fever must be going around. My 3 dog is in transit as we speak.

Seems like 4 dog makes some really nice, quality stuff. I went the inexpensive route and glad I did. Got a super duper deal. I didn't have the time or interest to get one om my sewing machines going last fall so I took the lazy mans way out. The 20 foot diameter piece cost somewhere around the 70 dollar range. The smaller one I had thoughts of using it as a hammock tarp.
I'm hoping to incorporate 2 hammocks under the 20' shelter.
I got ideas, now comes the fun part of making them into reality. Along with the ideas I have "parts"

I wish you put up detailed photos, page 38 and so on.
The listings are no longer available, but we could see what you liked about it enough to purchase.
I purchased that Midnight Sun prototype to help save a great design from theft. As it was, the glass inside is broken. Nevertheless, I would do it again.
I think designers and inventors ought to have the benefit of their work.
I do not know the actual purchase price.

No, it was in a storage unit.
I have hopes I can get the special glass for it, so it sits in the storage unit.
In fact, I have some of my things. But the things I used most are no more.
I am working on getting my BEST outfit together.
I already sent for another ShangriLa 3. It was on sale.
I like the looks of the recent small stove offering at Titanium Goat.

You might be able to get a sheet of "mica" to replace the glass if you can't find the original replacement.

It is a special glass inside, maybe part of the function of the GaSb solar panels inside.

Look what I found....some info on the solar panels...very interesting stuff. You gotta get your stove out and look into it to see if you can see the power producing panels:

Get it out of storage and burn some wood
