Jellylite Stove

Postby just tinkering » Mon Mar 08, 2010 10:59 pm

This is a very interesting stove. Boils 2 cups of 63F water in 5 minutes using 1/2 oz denatured alcohol. His testing was done at 5200 ft so the boiling temp was ~203F but he still has impressive results. In particular, I like how he seems to have near instant blooming.

The Hieneken test is even better with an additional 2 minutes of burn time.

The more I burn, the more I learn

Skidster made a wedding favor stove using one of those jelly tins inside. I have never seen the jelly in the tins locally.
